LibreOffice QA volunteers: armed and ready

The current budget of the the Document Foundation reserved some funds to provide the most active members of the LibreOffice QA team with TDF-owned netbooks. These netbooks where specifically selected to be configured with a platform the volunteer does not use on his primary machine, thereby allowing these volunteers to have multiple native platforms
