Ubuntu 11.04 will ship LibreOffice instead of OOo

According to this posting, https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-devel/2011-January/032298.html, Ubuntu 11.04 will ship LibreOffice instead of OOo. Several other distributions are rumored to at least ship LibreOffice by default. Great times ahead!

The Document Foundation is happy to announce the second release candidate of LibreOffice 3.3. This release comes with lots of improvements and bugfixes, and a very substantial reduction in size for the Windows installer. As usual, be warned that this is beta quality software – nevertheless, we ask you to play with it –
