Information on filing bugs may be found here: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport

What you have found is referred to as a "bug"—a software defect which should be reported to the developers so they can fix it. The above article links you to instructions on how to use the issue tracking system for the LibreOffice project so that you could file a report.

If you write about problems with software in the comments section of blog posts, those problems are quite unlikely to actually get fixed (on the basis of your comment alone). This is a harsh reality of most open source projects, particularly very complex ones like LibreOffice. Plainly speaking, the comments section is not the appropriate place to leave bug reports. You need to acquaint yourself with the issue tracking system used by the developers of the project, and read whatever guidelines they provide to ensure that you are filing complete, effective bug reports. Only then will you have a reasonable assurance of the problem you discovered being fixed in a future release.

Hope this helps.

I just downloaded the Linux dev prerelease of Libreoffice 3.6.0

But I had a serious issue:

launching libreoffice, it loads itself, but, at certain point, application crashes

this happened trying to launching swriter, scalc, sdraw... and so on

if I try to launch soffice, application window does dot suffer of sudden crashes, but if I try to start a new writer or draw or calc document, application crashes

the stranger thing is that no errors are shown in terminal (I launch application from terminal via command line)

LibreOffice is not bad, but it is still not my main Office work hourse. It is not 100% compatible with MS-Office. I do a lot of paralegal work and fill in legal templates, but LibreOffice strips the lineage from the borders off and also the numbering down the left side. I have submitted a "BUG REPORT" through bugzilla.
